Quick answers

Keys do nothing. Check that Safarim is turned on in Safari > Settings > Extensions, and that the site is not excluded (click the toolbar icon to see). Pages loaded before the extension was enabled need a reload.

A key is typing into the page instead. A text field has focus. Press Esc to leave it.

A site fights with the keybindings. Click the toolbar icon and press Exclude This Site.

Where are the shortcuts? Press ? on any page. Click a key there to change it.
